​<복숭아 꽃이 피었습니다>

본 프로젝트 <복숭아꽃이 피었습니다>는 ‘이상적 삶’에 대한 작가들의 다양한 관점을 전시, 공연, 영화, 토크쇼 등의 프로그램을 통해 엮어 구성한 융복합 예술 전시이다. 본 전시는 관객이 주도적으로 참여할 수 있는 공간을 구현하는 데 초점을 맞추어, 누구에게나 열린 복합문화공간을 선보이고자 기획되었다.

아름다운 공간과 작품이 조화를 이루는 이번 전시는 ‘감각의 정원에서’, ‘네모난 무지개를 따라’, ‘욕망의 땅 깊숙이’, ‘꽃을 피우다’ 네 가지의 소주제를 연결하는 스토리텔링 형식으로 구성된다. 작품을 따라 걷는 일반적인 전시 방식에서 벗어나, 문화역 서울 284 곳곳을 탐방하며 전시를 경험하도록 기획하여 더욱 역동적이고 생생한 체험형 전시를 제공한다.

다채롭고 화려한 매체로 표현된 작품들은 역사적 숨결이 서린 문화역 건물과 조화를 이루며 독특한 하모니를 형성한다. 기존 전시의 규칙성을 탈피한 공간 배치는 관람객에게 마치 전시장을 탐험하는 듯한 몰입감을 선사하며, 신비롭고 경건한 분위기를 극대화한다.

본 전시는 사회 공동체의 이상향에 대한 담론을 담은 작품들을 통해 사회가 겪고 있는 다양한 문제와 고통에 공감하고, 관람객 스스로 책임 의식을 가질 수 있도록 유도하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 체험 공간에 다다르면, 관객들은 작가들의 세계관을 깊이 탐구하며, 다양한 감정과 영감을 공유하는 감각적인 경험을 하게 된다.

미인터내셔날은 이처럼 다양한 개성과 메시지를 지닌 작품들을 공간화하여 더욱 실감나고 입체적인 전시 환경을 조성하는 데 주력하였다. 단순한 전시를 넘어 관람객이 직접 참여하고 체험하며 새로운 의미를 발견할 수 있는 특별한 예술적 경험을 제공하고자 하였다.

PART 01. 감각의 정원에서

첫 번째 여정 <감각의 정원에서>는 대자연이 가진 순수한 생명력과 힘이 조화를 이루는 장소이자, 이상적인 상태를 추구하는 작품들로 구성된다. 자연의 섭리를 따라 감각을 일깨우고, 본능적인 아름다움과 조화를 경험하는 공간이 펼쳐진다.

PART 02. 네모난 무지개를 따라

<네모난 무지개를 따라>에서는 상상력을 통해 빚어진 비현실적인 세계와 미래에 대한 이상적 공간을 탐색한다. 인간이 꿈꾸는 유토피아적 이상과 아직 실현되지 않은 세계를 색과 형태로 형상화하며, 가능성과 희망을 이야기하는 장이 된다.

PART 03. 욕망의 땅 깊숙이

<욕망의 땅 깊숙이>는 현실 속 모순과 인간의 욕망, 불안, 그리고 정체성에 대한 고민을 담고 있다. 이 파트에서는 판타지라는 허구의 세계를 통해 현실을 비추며, 우리가 마주하는 불완전한 세계와 그 이면의 욕망을 성찰하는 시간을 제공한다.

PART 04. 꽃을 피우다

마지막 여정 <꽃을 피우다>에서는 인간의 노력과 의지가 사회적 이상을 실현하는 원동력이 된다는 메시지를 전달한다. 개인을 넘어 공동체로 확장되는 연대와 책임감을 일깨우며, 사회적 아픔을 공감하고 함께 나아가는 미래를 그린다.

The project "Peach Blossoms Have Bloomed" is a multidisciplinary art exhibition that weaves diverse artistic perspectives on the concept of an ideal life into an immersive experience through exhibitions, performances, films, and talk shows. Designed to foster active audience participation, this exhibition transforms Culture Station Seoul 284 into an open and inclusive cultural space, inviting everyone to engage with both the art and the venue.

Harmonizing captivating spaces with artworks, the exhibition unfolds through a storytelling journey across four interconnected sub-themes: "In the Garden of Senses," "Following the Square Rainbow," "Deep into the Land of Desire," and "Blooming Flowers." Unlike conventional exhibitions, this project encourages visitors to explore different corners of Culture Station Seoul 284, offering a dynamic and experiential engagement rather than a linear walkthrough.

The vibrant and multifaceted artworks seamlessly merge with the historic grandeur of the venue, creating a distinctive harmony. The unconventional spatial arrangement disrupts traditional exhibition norms, enhancing the sense of exploration and allowing visitors to experience a profound level of immersion, even evoking a sense of sacredness.

By showcasing artistic interpretations of utopian societies, the exhibition prompts visitors to reflect on collective struggles and encourages a heightened sense of social responsibility. As audiences progress into the interactive spaces, they are invited to immerse themselves in the artists’ worldviews, sharing emotions and inspirations while engaging in a deeply sensory experience.

MEE International sought to spatialize the diverse artistic expressions and narratives, crafting an exhibition environment that is both vividly immersive and multidimensional. More than just a traditional display, the exhibition allows visitors to actively participate, engage, and interpret the art in a way that fosters a unique and personal artistic journey.

PART 01. In the Garden of Senses

The first journey, , presents an ideal state where the raw vitality and force of nature coexist in harmony. This space awakens the senses, guiding visitors through an immersive experience of instinctive beauty and equilibrium, shaped by the rhythm of nature.

PART 02. Following the Square Rainbow

delves into the realm of imagination, exploring surreal worlds and visions of an idealized future. It is a space where human aspirations for utopia and yet-to-be-realized worlds are visualized through color and form, offering a narrative of possibilities and hope.

PART 03. Deep into the Land of Desire

confronts the contradictions of reality, human desires, anxieties, and identity. By reflecting on reality through the lens of fantasy, this part creates a space for introspection, shedding light on the imperfect world we navigate and the unspoken desires that lie beneath.

PART 04. Blooming into Reality

The final journey, , underscores the idea that human effort and determination are the driving forces behind social ideals. It fosters a sense of solidarity and shared responsibility, encouraging visitors to empathize with societal struggles while envisioning a future shaped by collective resilience.
